When a parent or guardian signs up for Kiddz.club, we collect basic contact and billing information necessary to manage the account and communicate updates or progress:

Name and Email Address.
Billing and Subscription details (which may be processed by a third-party payment processor, similar to other educational programs).

BChild Activity and Performance Data

De-Identified

Because our app utilizes features like the Sound-It-Out Slider and measures reading proficiency, we collect specific, non-personally identifiable data related to the child's learning journey. This data is essential for adapting the program to the child’s skill level and identifying learning gaps:

Reading Performance Data: This includes progress through the curriculum, scores on lessons, errors made (such as when the app is "listening" to them read aloud), words practiced, and the time spent reading.
Usage Data: Details about the features used, the number of lessons completed, and total active time spent in the app.
Progress Tracking: Children’s individual profiles track their achievements and enable targeted support.

The information we collect is used exclusively for enhancing the learning experience and supporting parents:

Personalizing the Learning Path: We use performance data to ensure the child is always practicing at the right level of challenge and receiving adaptive content, such as AI-Powered Stories about their Favorite Topics.
Measuring Academic Growth: We track progress to demonstrate the 'remarkable changes in students’ performance and attitude towards learning', fulfilling our goal of boosting performance and building confidence.
Providing Parental Analytics: We provide access to a dedicated parent dashboard so you can track your child’s progress, see how many words they are reading, and monitor how long they have practiced.
Customer Support and Communication: We may use contact information to address questions or concerns, as our founder is known to be very responsive to users.

Screen Time Management: While the instruction is highly effective in short bursts (around 15 minutes a day), parents can set and edit daily screen time limits. We encourage parents to enforce reasonable boundaries on screen time.
