The Kiddz.club App, including the Proprietary Visualization Guides, the Sound-It-Out Slider, and the unique instruction used to explain Sight Words (teaching phonics and spelling by rhyme and instruction), are owned by Kiddz.club and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: We grant the Account Holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use within your household.
• Restrictions: You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any part of our material or proprietary methods without prior written consent.
• Program Design: Our program is structured to be easy to follow, providing a high-impact, low-tech environment designed to minimize distraction and maximize focused learning.

4. AI Integration and User Acknowledgment

Kiddz.club integrates advanced technology to enhance learning, specifically through AI-Powered Stories about your child's favorite topics and personalized reading assistance. By downloading and using the App, you expressly agree to and acknowledge the following:

1. AI Models Used: The App utilizes AI models and services, specifically Google Gemini and Eleven Labs, to generate engaging and adaptive learning content.
2. Safety Precautions: We have implemented extensive precautions and filtering mechanisms to safeguard children from inappropriate content generated by these AI models, in line with our commitment to providing a 100% safe and ad-free experience.
3. Inherent Risk Acknowledgment: Despite our utmost care and continuous monitoring, you acknowledge that AI models are complex, generative systems, and, therefore, there is a remote, inherent risk that unexpected or inappropriate output may occasionally occur. You agree to accept this risk as a condition of using the App.
4. Feedback: If you encounter any unexpected or inappropriate AI-generated content, you agree to promptly report it to Kiddz.club customer support so we may address and correct the output immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

The effectiveness of our program is supported by the principles of visualization training and explicit, systematic instruction proven to improve comprehension and confidence. While studies have shown remarkable gains in academic performance, sometimes seeing three years of progress in reading comprehension in just three months, we do not guarantee specific academic results for every user. Your results depend on consistency and adherence to the program, which is effective in sessions of about 15 minutes a day.

Kiddz.club (including its founder, Christopher Roberts) and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, or from content generated by the integrated AI models.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the website or within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
