Christopher Roberts

Hi, I’m Chris! My journey as an educator has taken me around the world, from teaching English in Vietnam and Thailand to teaching Year 3 students in Queensland, Australia. While I have loved leading classrooms, my true passion lies in working one-on-one with children ages 3-6 to build the fundamental skills they need to read.

Most of the ideas for Picture This! were born out of my own love for picture books and creating stories for kids. I am incredibly lucky to be building this alongside my family of like-minded individuals who share a passion for technology and a deep commitment to seeing children succeed.

I believe that reading should be a joyful experience from day one. That’s why Picture This! focuses on the power of visualization—a method that, along with a great deal of fun, empowers students to jump headfirst into a lifelong love of reading.
